Betsy Malloy is a serial entrepreneur on a small scale. Starting out as an “intrapreneur” in several technology companies before the word was coined, she managed new processes, introduced new products, built new organizations and created new ways of doing business. When the Internet came along, she hitched a ride.
Starting as an online travel writer in 1998, she branched out, creating her first e-book in 2004, before anyone had ever heard the word Kindle and most people didn’t know what a pdf was. Honing her photography skills while developing a friendly, neighbor-next-door writing style, she branched out into selling her images.
